Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when purchases of Reward Points (RP) on Eureka may be cancelled or refunded.
1. Nature of digital purchases
RP are digital utility credits for use within Eureka (posting, unlocking content, and related in-platform actions). Once RP are credited to your account after a successful payment, the purchase is generally treated as delivered.
2. Cancellation
Orders for RP usually cannot be cancelled after payment succeeds and RP are credited.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment succeeded but RP were not credited within a reasonable time.
- A technical error on Eureka’s side caused incorrect deduction or failed delivery.
- An unauthorized transaction reported promptly with supporting evidence.
4. Non-refundable situations
- RP that have already been used.
- Partial use of an RP pack.
- Change of mind after successful credit.
- Misunderstanding of platform features or pricing.
- Account restrictions due to Terms of Service violations.
5. Refund process
Contact support@geteureka.in with your registered email, transaction or order ID, date, amount paid, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible, subject to bank or payment partner timelines (Paytm, Razorpay, Stripe, or other processors used at checkout).
6. Platform discretion
Eureka may review each request individually and may reject claims that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported.
