Eureka is a knowledge-sharing social platform where users create accounts, post content, unlock content using Reward Points (RP), and interact with other users.
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Name, username, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Profile information, account preferences, and uploaded content.
- Transaction details related to RP purchases and platform activity.
- Device, browser, IP address, usage logs, and analytics data.
- Support messages, feedback, and communication records.
2. How we use your information

- Provide posting, answering, unlocking, and RP features.
- Process purchases, verify payments, and maintain account balances.
- Improve platform performance, security, and user experience.
- Send updates, policy changes, support responses, and service notifications.

3. Reward Points and payments
Users may purchase RP through Cashfree (UPI and other supported methods) and use RP within Eureka for eligible actions such as posting or unlocking content. RP are platform utility credits. They are not bank deposits, investment products, securities, or guaranteed cash equivalents.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting and security vendors, analytics providers, and authorities when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
We also use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., operator of Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and show relevant ads to people who have visited Eureka. This may involve sharing certain information (such as pages visited, sign-up, and RP purchase events, along with technical identifiers like your IP address and device/browser data) with Meta. We do not share your name, password, or post content with Meta through the Pixel.

7. User responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
